The Biggest Challenges to Face as a Fresh Graduate Mechanical Engineer

All newly graduate engineers face the same kind of challenges - not knowing what and how to apply the theories we learn from our studies. Practically, students of mechanical engineering have the theoretical knowledge and of course, the principles and laws anchored onto the industry it represents. However, not all students have the actual practice experience or haven’t yet applied the principles on real time basis. What I'm saying is that - it carries a big challenge knowing the concept of things but not knowing what parts to use or which is which. And as a fresh grad, it is understandable and may be relatable to your manager. One advise, try to learn the actual practice of things you've learned at school to every machine or system you encountered discreetly. Cheers! Congratulations!

The Best Country for Mechanical Engineers

All areas of engineering on today's generation are on demand! More to mechanical engineers, because of the industry's demand on factories and facilities that ease people's lives. But for one to choose the best country for mechanical engineers, here's my opinion on that. Every industrialized or any developing country needs every bit of mechanical engineers. When a country's focus target is to build their own industries to somehow rise their status or to help their citizens, factories will be made or buildings, and roads. Thus, not only mechanical engineers, but also all kind of engineers will be on demand. On this era, as what we can observe, i would suggest the UAE. But - but, if your own country is in need of mechabical engineers, i would really suggest to practice your expertise to yout own land - this help your nation and there will be a sense of pride to aid your own people.
